Poles Apart is a pole dance studio located in Nairobi.

Established in 2015, the studio teaches beginner and intermediate level of pole dancing, focusing on guiding students through tricks, spins, inversions and choreography.

The studio is a safe and inviting space consisting of four poles, two static and two spinning. An environment where women empower each other and learn something fun and new! At the same time creating a community of fun and dedicated individuals who support and encourage each other to grow and flourish.
